I am a writer/crafter/blogger/performer living in Lansing, MI. I love all things creative in life: music, theatre, film, literature, art, dance, photography, crafts, etc. I also love animals and am a big supporter of the ASPCA. Other charities I support include the American Cancer Society, The March of Dimes, and the Equal Rights Campaign. I live with 3 friends, my cat Ava, and my bird Gumby in a very Bohemian household where music and creativity and love are all alive and well. We have a great time spinning records, playing hacky sack and four square, smoking hookah, making arts and crafts, having random jam sessions with our friends and staying up late talking about life. We live a bit of a modern bohemian lifestyle, and I love it. I am also a certified teacher on top of it all, so I think that's why I love writing articles so much. I love helping others and being creative. I am also a writer for List My 5, Demand Studios, eHow, Squidoo, and Bukisa AND I run my own blog called PonchoMeg: The Modern Bohemian.  When I'm not writing, I am making music, living life to the fullest, and working as an extra.  I've worked on a few really cool projects including the Ben Stiller produced film "30 Minutes or Less," and the amazing TV show "Detroit 1-8-7."
